Always a glass of milk! And then it depends! Sometimes a toast or sometimes cereals!
In my country people say that in the morning you shout eat like a king, at noon like a common people and at night like a poor one!

Breakfast - Whole Wheat Toast with Vegan Margarine Spread (Earth Balance), 1 Grapefruit, 1 glass of Vanilla Soymilk

Lunch - 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of mixed greens, some celery and carrrot sticks, 1/2 cup of tofu, 1 glass of water

Dinner - Grilled veggies, 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of wild rice, some fried spicy soy sauce tofu

Snacks - 2 ounces of nuts, 2-3 servings of fruit, Vanilla Soymilk

As you can see, I like to eat healthily!

Breakfast=nothing. I know that's horrible.

Lunch=fruit and a light sandwich

Dinner= I go all out and eat what I want, within reason.

I know I kind of have it backwards for how you should eat. I snack on fruit throughout the day though.
