I think it means exactly what she says it means, but I think she's kidding herself if she really thinks she came to a decision just like that. Perhaps she hasn't been happy for a while but couldn't put her finger on why, or everything just clicked into place and she realised she had to end the relationship. It's a strange way of explaining it and I bet quite hurtful for the other person, but it must be something like that.

I highly doubt that someone would just wake up one morning and feel that it is the right thing to do, it has obviously been plaguing on this person's mind for some time. Since the person never stated a reason, it could be that feelings are very confused right now, or they might be attracted to someone else and unsure as to whether they should pursue that attraction....

they have had enough it has come to the end and there is nothing left in the relationship anymore for them and they think its time to move on and try other things it would have probably been at the back of her mind for a while and something like the arguement would have triggerd it off and made the final desicion to end it

I think it means.. that while the relationship was good, and had no real problem.. but that other person realizes that its not right for them. There is no obvious reasons to point out, so they can't really explain it to you. Their just no happy anymore with the relationship. That's my guess anyways. Good luck!

She had been thinking about it for a while and finally got up the nerve to spill it to you.
The relationship either got boring, or she was getting nervous about what it was turning into.
She has probably found another person who has tweaked her interest, and wanted to go for it, with know strings attached.
That's my opinion for what its worth.

Who knows. It could me that you're not giving her what she wants. It could be that you're giving her to much of what she wants. It could be she met someone else. It could be anything.
I'd move on. If a girl breaks it off with me I don't even look back. I clean up my life and move on. Good luck.

She's had this feeling bottled up for a while. Maybe then she just had the courage to tell you.
