how do you get video effects on ulead video studio 10??

If you need transition effects just click the "effects tab" and if you need other effects - when you mark a video file, there's an option - "Video Filter". Also you can slow down or speed up a video by holding down "shift" and extending the video with the left mouse button.

I just Uninstalled Ulead Video Studio 10. In my opinion, it is too clumsy and difficult.

You need Ulead MediaStudio PRO 7.0 (or better) instead. So much easier and better. Has all of the FX that you want.
