Just get in touch with a church in derby,you do not need a licence to get married in another county

you have to get your marriage bands at your local registry office and tell them that you will be getting married in derby. but you must make sure that it is a licenced place of marriage. the registrar will sort out the rest. good luck

im not 100% sure but i thought you had to be resident in the county u want to get married in for 30 days prior to the wedding date. but dont quote me.

If you want a civil ceremony you can get married anywhere you like. If you want a church wedding it's at the discretion of the vicar.

you would first have to get married in your own county, by justice of the peace. but you can then hold a wedding ceremony at a church and a reception in the county you want to.
