Leonardo Da Vinci didn't paint either of these, Michelangelo painted the Sistine chapel and Sir Christopher Wren designed St Paul's and commissioned English painters to decorate the inside. Leonardo would have been over 114 years old by the time St Paul's was started.
It was the fourth cathedral to have been built on that site, so it would have existed when Leonardo was alive just not like it is now, hope this helps.

The ceiling of the Sistine Chapel was painted by Michaelangelo. The ceiling of St. Pauls Cathedral was painted by Doug Wilson on Trading Spaces

Michelangelo painted the ceiling of the sistine chapel.
I don't know who painted the ceiling of St Pauls but as it wasn't built till after the great fire of London in 1666 it would not have been leonardo as he was alive in the late 15th - early 16th century so he would have been long dead by then!

he didn't paint either of the two it was Michelangelo and he painted the Sistine Chapel Ceiling
