Well, the most important thing is realizing that the law says that he is too old for you despite how you feel aboout him. The law is enforced to protect you in this way---you are not old enough (lacking maturity) to handle a sexual relationship. The law removes the burden from you in having to decide whether or not you should have sexual intercourse. The law says you don't have to come under this kind of pressure--it's against the law--don't do it. The law is meant to keep you from feeling as you do right now; guilty and afraid because you know the individual can go to jail for his inappropriate relationship with you.

If you love him then why would you want him to go to jail? If you are that worryed about it then something bad is going to happen, becuase kids in MS cant keep their traps shut and someone is going to find out and then he will end up in jail.

If he's 18 and still in the 11th grade, is this someone you really want to go out with? Anyway, just dating someone underage is not illegal. As long as you two stay celibate, he has nothing to worry about.

If he's in the 11th grade and you're in middle school, you shouldn't be going out. And, what's this about jail??? Do your parents know what's going on in your life?
