I cant get the caliper of the disk

Jack it up, put it on stands. Remove the wheels. Remove the lower caliper mounting bolt and hinge it upwards, you'll need to use a thin wrench on the pin and a socket on the bolt. Use the proper caliper resetting tool to drive the piston in and rotate it, if you don't you'll trash it, many parts shops will lend it to you. Clean the mounting surfaces of the caliper, where they contact the pads. Take a look and make sure nothing is damaged and no fluid is leaking. Put your favorite anti-squeal compound on the back of the pads, fit the one with the little prongs on the back into the piston and lay the other on the disk on the rails in the caliper carrier. Hinge the caliper down and re-insert the bolt.

Done.

Don't forget to pump them up before you drive, the hand brake will self adjust over the first day or two of driving, that's what the screw in piston is for, it's the self adjusting mechanism.
