I've known a few to use verbatim the speeches of other pastors from other churches, some that took the sermons directly from pre-made books, as well as recycled the same sermons year after year.

I think it is very hard not to the bible has been preached and it can be hard to find a new them on an old story you have heard 100s of times. if you hear a sermon that speaks to you of course you will wont to share that. and it is not always possible to change the way you put it across

If they are preaching from 'The Word', everyone of them. Theres probably been a sermon done on every single piece of scripture.

All to a certain point as if they are preaching something new it is false and if old it is the same story as has been told from of old.
