i live in tampa florida and would like to do something to help our troops in iraq, i dont have a lot of money to spend on sending care packages but would like to help in any way i can. if someone knows of a group that needs help in this area i would really appreciate the info.....

Wow, you're in the perfect place to help. Mac Dill AFB in Tampa is running the war in Iraq. I'd suggest calling the base Public Affairs Office (813) 828-2215 and asking them what you can do. I got their number from the below web site.
They had an ad at the movies in New Tampa asking for medical people for the Tampa VA. It's one of the few areas in the USA that they're sending injured troops to. I don't think you need any special skills, just the ability to work with people. I also pasted the Tampa VA web site below.
