lets say the girl puts drug in a guys drink and has her way with him on the date..is that date rape? what should the guy do when he finds out ?

Yes it is still date rape. He should go to the cops, even though it will be harder to prove. I had that situation happen to a few of my friends over the summer one of my friends. My friends gf drugged one of his good friends and now none of them are friends because of it. Just go to the cops and try to prove your side. Hope this helps, good luck.

Yes it is a date-rape but pressing charges may put you in an uncomfortable situation. Not many men speak up about this matter because they feel embarrassed but you still can do it.

When the guy finds out, he should go straight to the police, and they will award him with a "luckiest man ever" medal.
