The Bible does not mention Jesus having a wife.
There are a several reasonable possibilities for this and none of them are remotely related to Dan Brown's novel.
One possible reason is that Jesus, embodied with the Holy Spirit from birth, never married because God did not want him to marry or create a line of "God-Kings".
Another possibility is that Jesus married in the normal course of any young Jewish laborer. The word tekton, translated into "carpenter" does not mean carpenter, it means construction laborer and survives today in the word architektonas or architect. His wife, if he had one, could have died in child birth or been killed by the Romans.
Jesus often preached against the forms of temple prostitution practiced in pagan religions. Women of particular religions were required to go annually to a pagan temple and wait until a man gave the "priests" silver to have sex with her so all women of this religion were prostitutes. The word, i believe, pornia is the root for pornography and was translated into the word fornication. Not a great translation, but, there are a lot of words in the Bible like that.
It is very unlikely that Jesus preached against temple prostitution and then married a pagan woman who had been prostituted because of her religion.
Remember that Jesus preached a spiritual love that transcended the material. The body is the temple and it is a spiritual temple that transcends death. Physical love or sex would have been inappropriate for one preaching about the necessity of spiritual love.
FYI: The word "carpenter" is derived from a word meaning "builder of chariots" and a chariot has carried some to the heavens so the real Bible Code is in the way words have been translated with double meanings. Carpenter is a construction laborer and Jesus builds the "chariot" that carries you to heaven.

While da vinci code is almost unadulterated dreck, and you will find no mention of Jesus ever having a waife in any creditable source...
It is indeed very hard to believe that a Jew, as pious as Jesus is supposed to have been, and of good family could reach the age of 30 without ever marrying.

According to the best source we have, the Bible, He was not married. We have 4 eyewitness accounts as to Jesus' life, teachings, miracles and death and not one even suggests that He was ever married. And if you are writing a biographical account of a person's life, marriage is an event too important to leave out - particularly in 1st century Jewish culture.

Though Christians won't allow that to be debated, it's highly possible. One of the Judaism laws had been that only married men were permitted to teach sermons in the synagogue. Jesus is said to have taught sermons at synagogues.

Since there is no formal record of his life, and many years of his life are unaccounted for in the bible, utilizing the social structure and known anthropological traditions of those times and in that area, it is highly likely that he did, and sired a number of children. The Mary Magdalene controversy may be more truth than fiction.

No. There is no credible evidence to support this. No reputable Biblical scholar would state such a thing. The DaVinci Code is pure fiction.

Its just a movie( fantasy). He couldn't have because his mission was to stay pure and sinless. according to KJV Jesus didn't come to make a life for himself like a job, babies, and a wife. his mission was a higher purpose.
