Bacardi 151 - The 151-proof liquor is approximately 75.5% alcohol by volume, and is sometimes referred to as "overproof rum" because of the high level of alcohol

Everclear is a brand of grain alcohol (ethanol), available at concentrations of 95% alcohol (190 proof) and 75.5% (151 proof).

Whatever the proof of the alcohol divide in half and that is the percentage of alcohol in the liquor. Bacardi 100 = 50% alcohol. Most alcohol's are 70 or 80 proof, translating into 40% or 35% alcohol content.
