i have always been told that washing your hair with beer or putting mayo in your hair to sit for about 10 minutes, then washing it will make your hair shiney. I've tried the beer and it does work. Just never been up for trying the mayo though

First of all, I get compliments on my hair. Here is how I get it to look absolutely gorgeous:
1). Every day, for a month, eat at least one serving of almonds per day. I eat five of the little nut things.
Follow this routine every day. It's actually not that bad to shampoo every day, as you'll find out after using these products: Nexxus Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Then, before you blow dry your hair, you use Oscar Blandi Luce, which you can get at Sephora or sephora.com. Then you blow dry and straighten your hair, so it's more shiny. Finish with Phyto Phytolisse Finishing Serum, also at Sephora.
Make sure you eat foods with mono- and poly- unsaturated fat. It doesn't go into your fat, but actually helps your body, including your hair. You should try it. And also, every week, wash your hair in the shower two times in a row without any conditioner with Neutrogena shampoo with antibuildup, that's what it's called. Make sure you don't dull your hair with lots and lots of products though, because that's what is gonna keep it dull.

I have heard that washing your hair with beer or mayo makes it look all shiny and stuff... oh not at the same time though. I saw the beer thing on tv some famous person uses the beer. They offer alot of products to do it but the natural stuff works so much better and much cheaper.

1/2 an avacado mixed with two tablespoon of mayonaise. Put it in your hair for about 5 minutes then wash as usual. Wa-la!! Shiney...soft...really nice hair. Repeat once a month.

Always wash you hair while thinking about whoever you are dating at the time (or your spouse). That way your hair will always turn out nice and shiny and spongy like a mop.
