No, you can believe in aliens if you like, the Bible doesn't affirm or deny the existence of them. However, there is no really solid evidence for them.

Genesis reveals that God created everything, including stars. The Bible is a guide to get us closer to God. Sure, aliens can be part of this, however, 10,000-5,000 years ago, aliens weren’t a major concern and we didn’t need to include the by name to get closer to God. Still today, aliens are a part of our imagination revealed to us through scientific study of the Universe and stars. Some scientists have claimed they found God in the stars … but there is no scientifically tried and proven results on this claim.

Scientifically, we can look inward (cells, neurons) and everything gets smaller infinitely … and we can look outward (solar systems, galaxies, universes) and everything gets bigger infinitely … so we can really only focus on the word to get us to God …

“Love never fails. Prophecies will cease. Tongues will be silent. Knowledge will pass away. Our knowledge is imperfect and our prophesying (scientific studies) is imperfect ……… There are in the end three things that last: Faith, Hope, and Love (God), and the greatest of these is love. (1 Cor 13: 8-13)

The scriptures do not specifically address the question of space aliens. I have not seen anything that would say yes or no to this.
Have you read "The Sparrow" by Mary Doria Russell or "Out of the Silent Planet" by C. S. Lewis? Both are science fiction involving extraterrestrial peoples and Christian faith.

It's not in the bible but that doesn't automatically make it a sin. It really isn't against any teaching in the bible actually. Who's to say there aren't other creations elsewhere.

There's a lot we don't know and the universe is pretty big.

It's all conjecture but I can see nothing wrong with the belief. I'm a christian too and I think there might be something else out there.

You will probobly disagree but consider this thought, Is it possible that religion was influenced by the arrival of a race from another world several thousand years ago, or perhaps jesus who could on water was actually just the next step in human evolution. Im not against anybody's religion at all whatsoever, but poeple have the right to believe in any possible thought they have rather than being influenced by others.

God created all sorts of heavenly hosts that are out of this world. However, I don't believe in a technologically advanced alien race that will travel to earth in spaceships and destroy the earth.

My own take on aliens--demonic spirit beings trying to confuse and dupe mankind.

All of the Christian literature I have read on this subject basically maintains that since life on other planets isn't specifically mentioned in the story of creation that mankind must be unique and that there is no life anywhere else but Earth. Pretty short-sighted if you ask me, but then so is most religious teaching. Good luck modifying your beliefs to conform to your religion.

to the guy who said christians would be happy if they all commited suicide - well, i would be happy if all homophobic christians would commit suicide but that ain't gonna happen, is it? to the idiots going on about how it is a choice and they need to just repent and all that other crap - get over yourselves. to everybody else against homosexuality - also get over yourselves. and deal with the fact that they are people just like you and me and should be loved, respected and treated just as well as you and me. in the 60s it was "blacks". in the 00s its "gays". give it 20 years and people will be sitting there being unable to comprehend the hatred towards people of a different sexuality to them. we're all the same in the end. and before i cope abuse for being a "jumped up dyke" like i did last time i said something on this subject, i'm completely straight.

NO.
I am a Christian and believe in aliens. They were created by God to and he encourages them to help us. They live in faraway galaxies but visit us often. Many ancient peoples saw them and believed in them and worship them. Look at all the cave drawings of aliens.
God punishes on one. He wants us to accept them.

I am Christian and I, too, believe in live on other planets in other universes. There is NOTHING anti-God or anti-Christian about believing in life on other planets.
