I lost 40 lbs. in six months following th is diet/exercise routine. It may not work for you but it sure worked for me. It sounds a little crazy but, as I said, it worked very well for me, so try it and see what happens. Breakfast: Hot cup of coffee, with 2 spoons of sugar, followed by 2 scrambled eggs between 2 slices of stone-ground whole wheat bread. Lunch: Tortillas with chicken and/or mixed veggies and/or baked beans. Chicken was always either baked or steamed, never deep-fried or with any oil at all. Dessert (after lunch): Chocolate milk-shake. Before Dinner: 60 minutes intense workout at the gym. The 60 minutes does not include getting there, changing into gym clothes, changing out of gym clothes, etc. 60 minutes is 60 minutes of solid work. At least 2 sets of 12 reps on every machine, with no more than a 60-second break between reps and 180 seconds between machines. You should hit every type of machine -- for your upper and lower arms, hips, thighs, abs, calves, shoulders, upper back, and lower back. Dinner: Same as lunch, usually, but just more of everything than at lunch. Dessert (after dinner): Two scoops of vanilla flavored frozen yogurt topped with chocolate syrup. I don't know if you are with a partner but I used to follow up dessert with my favorite exercise/dessert, which needed only a bed and my wife.

a million. it is so uncomplicated as this, in case you burn off greater which you consume then you rather will shed pounds so which you will desire to the two consume much less or do greater however the appropriate way is to do the two. 2. you will desire to do a mix of cardio - working, walking, swimming, cycling etc and power coaching like crunches and weights. 3. there are certain things u shud keep in mind......................
like.........
eat empty fillers when u crave for food.............. like
WATER MELON
drink a lot of water in the morning........atleast 2-3 glasses
do go for walk and exercise.................... jogging will serve ur purpose best........................
and limit the use of sugar and salt in ur diet.............
these are the two white poisons....................
try avoiding use of ghee and oils..........................
well i lost 8 kgs with this.............................
