Sweets depends on how well you like it done. Rare, med rare, well, well done? Take a knife & cut open a little of the middle & see how the meat looks, it will be anywhere from red to brown. If it's brown all the way through, that's well done if it really red that's very rare (you might want to cook it some more) Most people like their meat Med well. It has just a touch of pink in the middle remove the burger then & see if you like it. (NOTE: DO NOT DO THIS WITH MEATS OTHER THEN BEEF!!!)
