I suggest all natural OmegaGuard. It's a pharmaceutical grade of omega 3's that uses proprietary, low temperature, triple molecular distillation and purification process that concentrates natural beneficial omega 3 fatty acids and helps remove harmful contaiminants including heavy metals lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, dioxins and PCBs.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

definately FLAX SEED....you can buy it in the health/ organic aisle of your grocery store. It's ground up, and has a nutty flavor, and you can put it in anything...I put it in my moring oatmeal. But you can almost bake it into cookies or throw it in yogurt. It does really have a strong flavor, but compliments other food well. Just serving has 3 times your daily needed value. Of course, salmon is a good stand up too. You can also take capsules, like a vitamin
