ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION: GET is an IDIOMATIC verb in English language and (in combination with some other words) has more than 200 different meanings. In that way you question is not (grammatically or technically) correct. Even your examples show that GET is a hell of a complicated verb. Since I am not a native English speaker, I always used to thank God for letting Britishers "invent" a verb get so that I could practically TELL whatever I want using a minimum set of some 1000 words after several month of learning.

The word "get" has a large number of different meanings in English that are covered by different words in Spanish.
For example, "get out of bed" -> levantarse.
"get an A on the test" -> conseguir an A en el exámen.

There isn't a direct translation for get. It's a different verb depending on the situation.
Get out of bed = "Levantarme" = literally means "lift myself up"
Get an A on a test = "sacar una A en el examen" = direct translation means "to take out an A"
Get out of here = Vete = directly translated means "take yourself and go"
How did she get so skinny? = Como bajó tanto peso? = How did she go down so much weight.
Get is one of those words that can be tough to translate, since it's always different.

"Get" means a huge number of things. I don't know Spanish at all but I'd be very surprised if there was a single word that could cover all the ground "get" covers.

Get can have different uses:
get out of bed (youself) = me levanto de la cama
get out of bed (as in an instruction to somebody) = levántate
I want to get and A on my test = quiero sacar un A en mi examen.
you can also say instead of sacar, obtener,conseguir, lograr, recibir, adquirir, etc.
