I used to eat uncooked noodles a lot with my friends. And our teacher caught us and she lectured us about how lots of salt in it can make you have heart disease or something like that. So i stopped eating it, and i feel just great. I don't exactly think it's safe, but don't take a risk either. just cook it and i know it'll be great! :D

only if is not homemade ones because eggs contains salmonella, so to be safe eat the pasta cooked. you can eat the ones that come out of box or freezer becuase it is pre-cooked, but you should not eat homemade noodles since it contains raw eggs and can cause Salmonella. If you are wise like me, eat it cooked. Better be Safe than Sorry.

Don't see why not. My grandmother used to make egg noodles from scratch. When she would cut them and lay them to dry we used to sneak them and eat them (mind you room temperature EGG noodles) That's been 40 years ago and I haven't died yet.
