3 bedrooms need flooring and two larger closets. I also need to remodel a bathroom

It depends what you call cheap! There is a price for every job, just ask people how much they want for the job, then only you can decide if you can afford it, if you find someone who's rates are acceptable to you, ask to see some of their work

Both of these jobs should be considered cheap as long as they are done correctly the first time. I seen both have to be redone because the "cheap" person didn't do a good job on the bathroom plumbing and ended up ruining all the carpet.

If you know any landlords they usually know how to get the best work for the dollar.

Buy good looking indoor/outdoor carpet and glue it down yourself for the bedrooms and closets. Be sure to put the seams at the far side of the room and buy the proper knife for the job.

Spend you money on the bathroom.

go toyour local hardware store and see if they can recommend someone for you. Stay away from larger builders/remodeling companies, and get a couple quotes on the work. Do as much work as you feel comfortable with and get someone to come in for the rest. And remember it's sometimes cheaper to pay someone to do it right the first time than to have someone fix your mistakes.
