Chicken Cutlets-I make these all the time!

Buy thin cut chicken cutlets. Mix 1 egg and about 1 cup milk together in a bowl. Coat cutlets with egg mixture. Coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in saucepan with olive oil. When golden-brown and cooked, take cutlets out and pour extra oil into the sink. Then, put a little chopped galic into the pan, cook until a little brown. Use 1 can of ground peeled tomatoes. (How large it is doesn't matter.) Into the pan. Pour a little water into the pan, so it is not so thick. Stir in basil and cook until bubbling. Serve with spaghetti. Good luck!

Stuffed Peppers. You take large green bell peppers(each one is one serving so how ever many people you are feeding, if your bf has a big appetite he would prob eat two)cut the tops off take out all the seeds and white stuff. Take a pound of raw hamburger, a cup of instant white rice, one egg, a half cup of bread crumbs, a couple shakes of garlic salt and italian seasoning, and a half cup of tomato sauce from a jar. Mix all that stuff together and stuff each pepper to the top, don't overfill cause the pepper will split when it cooks. Take a full can of sauce and the rest of the can you already used and pour it in a big pot. Put the stuffed peppers in a single layer in the bottom of the pot open side up. Cook on stovetop low/med heat covered for about an hour and a half. Keep checking to make sure that the peppers and sauce are not sticking or burning to the botton of the pot. Stir it every now and then. Check the inside of the meat with a fork after about an hour. When it's not pink anymore they are done! Serve with garlic bread and pasta with the sauce over it.

Chicken Parmagiana is my favorite...

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
bread crumbs
Canned or homemade red sauce
Parmesean cheese

dip the chicken breasts in seasoned bread crumbs and brown in a few tablespoons of oil or butter. Place them in a baking dish, then pour the sauce over the top. Cover the top with Parmesean cheese and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until done. Serve with spaghetti and extra sauce, garlic bread and a nice salad.

Trader Joes sells prebreaded chicken pieces. Cook it in the over according to directions.
Then take a 9x/9 pan and pour one cup of pasta sauce on the bottom (choose your fave, but I am partial to TJ's four cheese).
Lay the chicken on the sauce, and cover with another cup of pasta sauce. Then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over the top. Bake for about 15 minutes at 375 until cheese melts.

You can serve with a Caesar salad, some garlic french bread and a nice red wine.

Heres some good Lasagna recipes:

Lasagna

1 large jar prego sauce
1 package lasagna noodles
mozzarella cheese
1 carton cottage cheese
1 lbs hamburger
cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger (spray baking pan) spoon enough prego into bottom of 9x12 inch pan to cover. Lay uncooked noodles on sauce. Add rest of sauce to browned meat. Spoon 1/2 onto noodles, cover well, spoon layer of cottage cheese. Cover generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers making sure all noodles have sauce on them. Cover tightly with alumninum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Check noodles with fork to see if they are tender.

My popular element to do (and that i"m SO lacking it mind-blowing now because of the fact I stay in Georgia) is to circulate to the character parks. there is observed Grass Lake that's in Pinellas county. that's purely a astounding little nature park with some miles of board walk, astounding atmosphere and gators to seek for. i admire that place. additionally, yet another neat park is Boyd Hill (i think of is the call) that's on the southern end of St. Petersburg....yet that has some truly astounding trails and water and gators. it is purely me. I HATED living in St. Pete with my husband (i'm a born and raised Georgia Mountains female) yet I enjoyed those parks. They have been so non violent and suitable plus that's astounding to get out and walk and purely rejoice with nature. Plus that's the two loose or $2 for parking. additionally, if your infants have an interest in historic previous or paintings...i might circulate to the Dali Museum or the Holocaust Museum. the two are very thrilling to work out and that's approximately $8 consistent with man or woman (i think of) and of direction....the seashores, yet who hasn't considered a coastline?
