Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.
I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.
You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.
The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

Do you mean evolve spiritually, on an emotional level, or biologically?
Certainly I agree that the prime driver of all living things is to continue existing. Adapting to changing circumstances (evolving) is a therefore a central requirement.
But on a personal level (if that's what you meant), I think we have to give our lives meaning ourselves, though no doubt the religious amongst us would say that's god's role.
Other than that, existence is down to chance. So a search for meaning is in essence futile.
Live long and prosper!

You personally cannot evolve.
Even pro evolution scientists will say that only species can evolve over millenia.
So you are wrong.
Besides evolution is not a meaning or an end in itself.
For there to be a meaning there should be an end.
After all the journey is meaningless its the destination that counts.
However my answer to your question is this
The meaning of all life and existence is to give pleasure to God.

I can't resist.
According to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, researchers from a pan-dimensional, hyper-intelligent race of beings constructed the second greatest computer in all of time and space, Deep Thought, to calculate the Ultimate Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything. After seven and a half million years of pondering the question, Deep Thought provides the answer: "forty-two."

Think of life as an equation. The meaning of the term 'life' then has meaning dependent on its place in the equation. It is either the sum or result of other variables, in which case life does not actually have purpose, but is rather the purpose of all other terms, or it is one of the variables directed toward some other result. Its purpose is then to bring about some conclusion beyond itself. Now if, as you suggest, the meaning of life is evolution, then we are operating in a circular equation. The purpose of evolution is the adaptation and survival of life, and the purpose of life is evolution. Life becomes both a variable and a result. The equation becomes irrational. Now lets consider than life has a purpose beyond itself. What candidates can we identify. I actually see none in the physical world. Everything physical seems to be oriented toward nothing else but the sustenance of life. This is one of the amazing facets of the universe as we know it, spoken to by eminent scientists including atheist Stephen Hawking. Therefor, if life is directed toward something beyond itself, then it must be beyond the physical. The very longing that we have for something more suggests that this non-physical something exists and is a purpose. Our meaning is spiritual and reaching it requires an openness to the spirit. Now lets consider the other alternative. Life is actually the end toward which everything else is directed. Again, everthing physical actually seems to support this hypothesis. But then we must come to terms with the fact that life itself comes to an end, and not just our individual lives, but all life, since life is firmly bound in the physical. If life is itself the end, then life must itself be beyond the physical. Understanding of life again takes us into the spiritual. I am sure you have already discerned my belief in God, so I will make this explicit. Seek first the Kingdom of God and all else will be given to you. The meaning of life is in God and becomes clear only in God.

The meaning of human life and human existance, is to experience the human life in ALL it's aspect, and to grow to try and error. The meaning of it, is to ascend it in full mastery.
The meaning of all life, and all existance, is to reunite with our creator as individualised souls being on a journey of expression.
When all life returns to the origin, a full circle will be made round, and a new chapter can begin.

To be brainwashed into thinking there is a life after death and some kind of god(s)! there is nothing after death except a 7ft hole in the ground and maggots eating your flesh! but the sad thing is you wont get to experience it because there will be nothing after your life ends. So the real meaning of life is to do wat ever the **** ya want or feel like!!..........
