If your doctor said they need to be removed, then they have a problem that is non restorable. Your best bet is to have them extracted.

Stay on the antibiotics until you finish them making sure to eat something when you take them. The doctor wouldn't have given them to you if you didn't need them. Not taking them could increase your pain and your infection. If you're diarrhea is really bad, call the doctor's office and they will change the medication to something that won't upset your stomach as bad.

Having wisdom teeth removed isn't as bad as most people think, they are the smallest rooted tooth in the mouth. It's just difficult to get to them way back there. Usually by the time someone is there to get them removed, they have gone through several toothaches with infections and the tooth is already loose due to the bone loss the infections caused. What usually hurts is the infection, or that major toothache that the patient is there complaining about. Most of the time the tooth can be elevated out without any problem. Hope I've calmed you down a little. Just be sure to keep taking your med's and keep the appointment! I'm sure you'll do fine, good luck!

I had two removed when they were painful, and all they did was give me a couple of shots of novacaine then pulled them like regular teeth. There are horror stories, but your dentist should be able to reivew the xrays and tell you what procedure is necessary.

As long as the root is not near the nerve in the jawbone it should do be any big deal.

Some people have enough room in their jaw for the teeth to come in without any trouble.

If they are in need of antibiotic treatment, you should probably have them removed sooner than later, to delay just gives raise to opportunity for more and more sever problems. If you're afraid of the possible pain, have it done with sedation dentistry, they will put you out and you will not feel it, yes there will be some pain afterwords, but it can be well controlled with modern pain killers.

to cure the side effect you need to quit taking the antibiotic. I would recommend some milk and cheese to bind you up a bit.
I would also recommend removing the wisdom tooth. Having them removed hurts but at least the toothache goes away.

I've had 3 removed. It does hurt, but not as bad as the pain of them coming in like it is now.

The bottom teeth hurt more than the top.

If they are giving trouble you need to have them removed. My daughter had all four removed at the same time.

For the diarrhea, go to a clear liquid diet for a day. Apple juice, cranberry juice, consomme and other clear broths, jello, Popsicles, plenty of water, herbal teas, sodas, etc. You could possibly include plain soda crackers if you need something solid.

You need to go ahead and have them removed. The longer you wait, the more painful it will be. I had mine removed and it did hurt, but only for a few days, and the oral surgeon will prescribe you a mild pain killer that will help. Good Luck!
