Asking others for a thesis point is technically cheating, so I am not going to give you an actual thesis point ... but I will help you in other ways.
First, just make sure that whatever you choose is arguable. For instance, don't make your thesis statement: the main character wanted revenge or whatever, because that isn't arguable. Think of something that you were really struck by in the story ... whatever that could be, and then write about that and it's significance to the story. I have never read the story, but is it an allegory? you could talk about that as well. good luck
