Don't give CiA reasons to spy on you. Such as giving money to Islamic charities and making pen pals with Castro. Any spying they would do on you would not hold up in court. (unless you are a terrorist) So your probably safe.
PS: Data mining is not listening to your phone calls. Our corporation are really the bad guy in this. They are the ones who have massive data mining operations. The government is asking them for help and they say yes. Personal i dont care about the government data mining me to catch terrorists. I HAVE a Major problem with companies doing it. I have a millions reason why its way worse but nobody cares. :(

Bah... it isn't the CIA that is spying on you, those guys just keep notes on the foreigners. It is the NSA that is really watching you. The National Security Agency owns all the spy satellites and just lets the FBI and CIA know what they want them to know.

Give 'em a call and ask 'em. If you get an answering machine, leave your name and number.

Just by mentioning the name, you've now invoked their big-brain computer to add your name to it's list of possible terrorists.
