The question has been answered! But, to make your chips alittle healthier for you, consider using whole wheat tacos and cutting them in wedges and baking them. Spray alittle butter flavor pam on them, sprinkle with a little salt and bake 350 for abt 10 minutes, you can do the same with pita bread, slice in halves and then in wedges, bake. If you want the real 'chips' use the baked variety. Have fun and enjoy! don't stress, but don't overdo it either!

Depends on the type of chips (baked or fried) and the ingredients in the salsa. Salsa is always a better choice than fat based dips like ranch or french onion, but it does have it's down points too. Also, be careful of your sodium intake. Considering the other snack choices you might have made, the tomatoes and onions in salsa are a great munchie.
(the website below will give you a breakdown of the calories, etc in different varieties of chips and salsa)

The salsa is good for you... and it depends upon how many chips you're eating at a sitting.
The chips are deep fried and all carbs. It's the deep frying that can effect you the most.

umm...both the chips and the salsa have high salt contents...and too much sodium isn't good for you.
