It's not impossible for people with PCOS to get pregnant. One of my friends recently got pregnant with PCOS as well. However, the pregnancy test is the only answer. Especially since one of the most common symptoms of PCOS is extra long cycles and your period will be delayed. Don't go by symptoms. Take the pregnancy test. If you are wanting to get pregnant then there are things you can do even though u have PCOS to increase fertility.

This website might answer some of your questions, but I would get a home pregnancy test just to make sure.
