That's what I'm going to do as soon as I finish this message. I've just been p1ss-farting about on here for an hour and why? I haven't really achieved anything! I'm b&ggering off to the kitchen for some pudding then watching University Challenge I suggest you do the same. Then do some vacuuming.

Don't do it. Turning off computers and going out into the so-called "real" world cold turkey can have devestating effects. Better to wean yourself gradually, like a morphine addict.

It depends what you want to do. If you have a headache and you are bored then you could read a book or do something else. Otherwise you charge the risk of having square eyes.

Yes because you don't want to suffer brain rot like alot of the rest of us...Go do something else like watch some mind-numbing tv or eat Cheetos...those are activities I enjoy...
