becuase i asked a girl if she liked me in the same way as i did becuase i realy like her and she said i duno but not ust once girls always say it to me when i ask them out and stuff do you know?

usually it means they need time to think or they just dont want to hurt you by saying no.To be honest if they really liked you they'd say yes straight away
