Given A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0:
F+B+B+A+C+C+F+A+A = 0+3+3+4+2+2+0+4+4 = 22.
22/9 = 2.44 GPA
Get your grades higher!!! (hahahaha)

You have to say how many credits are associated with each grade. It makes a BIG difference. Those Fs you have could be only 2 credits or up to 8 credits.
Once you get the credits it goes like this:
F = 0; 0 x (#of credits) = 0
B+ = 3.5 x (#of credits)
my school does not do minus grades, sorry
A = 4 x (#of credits)
C = 2 X (#of credits)
then you add up all your products and divide by the total number of credits.

Depends on the formula your school applies to figure it out. It varies a lot depending where you're going so I can't say for sure but typically F's hurt more than the way A's help your GPA.

With unweighted grades it is a 2.444.
I guess it depends on what scale you are using.
