The lady who peirced my belly button told me not to clean it with Alcohol...she told me to use antibacterial soap,but that's not working...does anyone know any other alternatives?

boil some water,let it cooland add 1teaspoon of salt,its the antiseptic you can use, a clean cotton wool and bathe with the salt and water,

I had my belly button pierced twice. The first time it closed after three years because I stopped putting my ring on. The last time I got it done again was like a year and a half ago. I used Bactine Pain Relieving Cleansing Spray from Walgreens ($ 7). Spray all around it, inside and in the ring, put it in a Q-tip too and clean it carefully. Do not touch it unless you are cleaning it and only with very clean hands. Make sure is not inffected. Make some one see it if you suspect so.
Mine healed with Bactine only. It takes a little while dough. I hope this helps. :)

Anti-triple bacterial medicine.
You can get it at Walmart in the band-aids section.

You may have to take that thing out. It sounds like it mightve gotten infected. Good luck.
