How long does weed stay in your hair if you dont smoke alot and whats the best way to speed up the process if you have to take a hair test

At least up to a month guess you should shave it and hope for the best. oh by the way stop using!

your hair grows about a half inch a month and it will show in your hair as long as you smoke, and they can tell when you last smoked. sorry but that is a hard test to get around. my friend used 2 tubes of the shampoo to clean out the thc but he still failed.

If you smoke only lightly, approx 1 month. If you smoke heavily or hang around people who smoke heavily approx 6 months.
