eat whatever you want to eat, and dont worry about what or who you are outeating. if your body says that you are hungry, then chow down. trust me, a real guy will like a real woman. these women that eat a salad that contains 4 leafs is just a joke. we guys like women that can eat and that show that they are healthy. even the ones that have a few pounds, so what, just mroe to love. i was with my ex and she had much more than i ever did, so dont worry about it. relax, eat, and enjoy!!! that is who you are, and your guy should like you for just who you are, never change that for anyone.

as long as your physically fit, then it doesn't matter. How many times do you eat during the day. It should be around 4-6 times a day. If you're only eating 2 big meals a day then I would say it's not very healthy and in the long run it will get worse because the body will tend to hang on to foods when you don't eat enough. stay active and eat more smaller meals throughout the day and you will stay fit longer than the average person. You will come to appreciate this the older you get.

Don't hold back! Eat what you want, I've come to see that guys like a girl with an apetite. I don't know your guy, but if you start eating less, he might think that something's wrong. And besides, he's a wrestler, my bro's a wrestler too, and he doesn't eat much either. I eat an average amount and he's always jealous that I eat more than him. My bro's an underaverage eater, get what I'm sayin?

My son is a wrestler and during the season, he holds back on what he eats so he can make/maintain his weight. As long as you are eating a healthy diet, you're happy with your weight and you stop eating when you start to feel full - enjoy yourself!

Don't hold back girl. Take this from a girl who loves to eat. I love food and will never be one of those "I'll take the salad" on the first date.
As long as you can carry what you eat ok, than no worries.

It shouldn't matter to him what or how much you eat because that has nothing to do with who you are, and if you're happy with how your body is then eat what you need to. He probably likes it, because I know many guys who have felt self conscious going out with a girl who just picks at a salad while they consume ten burgers. Besides, maybe your boyfriend eats considerably less in order to make or maintain his wrestling weight.

Definitely don't hold back. I eat more than my boyfriend and we just joke about it. It demonstrates how comfortable you are with him. There's no better way to get that security with someone no matter how big or small a situation may be than just being yourself.

It depends on you after all. If you feel comfortable with yourself and you're confident, what difference it makes how much do you eat? And if you want to get thinner (because of you yourself) just try eating less and doing some exercise
