can crack whore be used as ageneral term for all who sell themselves for drugs regardless of what particular drug they use? heroin, meth, coke, lsd whatever?

Though impolite, the term "crack whore" has become modern slang term for a person who sells their body for any sort of drug. It is therefore, acceptable in reference to any such person. You might also consider Crank Skank as a PG-13 version of the same moniker.

to be honest i changed into addicted to meth for decades and it changed into undesirable, yet ive considered human beings addicted to crack and its a lot worse! ive not in any respect used crack myself so i cant say for particular! im sparkling now and ill say they are both awful! btw, im out of stars if i had some youd get one! sorry!
