I don't use this, I use Suave. But this is supposed to be so much better than any shampoo, using Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar instead. http://www.naturemoms.com/no-shampoo-alternative.html
It's something I'll probably try when my hair gets a little longer and when I can afford and have the time to buy and use these two products. It seems like it's a little tricky to get the mixture just right.

dishwashing liquid is what my friends use. I use Suave.
