Columbia Crest Grand Estates Chardonnay. 2002 Vintage.
$6.99 at Trader Joe's
$7.99 at a wine store
$10.99 at the market or drug store
$12.99 at a lower end liquor store
Make sure you get the Grand Estates, in the yellow bottle. It has a creamy texture that melds extremely well with roasted pork.

Bouchard Aîné & Fils Beaujolais Les Coteaux 2004
Beaujolais, Burgundy, France
Lovely floral fresh mineral fruity nose with cherry jam aromas. Soft fruity entry with good acidity and length. Look for more minty earthy strawberry fruit on the palate. Soft, round, simple and ready to drink. Think pork dishes.

You cant go wrong with Manischewitz wines. For pork, I'd recommend either the cream white, or the cream blush. This brand of wine is under $5.00 a bottle but is some of the best tasting wine I've ever had in my life. Even people who dont like wine end up loving this brand. You should be able to get it in any liquor store.

My God!!! I cannot believe the answers before mine. Vidal? Chardonnay? Sauvignon Blanc? YUCKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Like putting vanilla ice cream into a mushroom sauce.)
If ever there were a red wine meal, this is it. And there would be thousands and thousands of wonderful matches. You could practically just shoot a rubber arrow in the red wine section of your wine merchant and whichever bottle it hit would be fine.
For my thought and mood RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT: if I had just made your meal and I roasted onions with the pork I would have a wine made from Cabernet Franc or a Spanish Rioja. Without the onions I would pick something made from Syrah.

Yes, a white wine will do, but a Riesling? Perhaps a pinot blanc, savignon blanc or fume blanc (which are all the same grape!), but I'd recomment a red Zinfandel. Eos Zin, around $12 and a bargin! But then I'd drink Zins with eggs - I just love 'em!

Kim Crawford Sauvingnon Blanc
It has a screw top lid (weird for a good wine)
It runs about $20 here, but there is a monopoly on alcohol here
so it may be cheaper where you live
