Height is predetermined genetically. In order to reach your full potential, a healthy diet is important. The easiest way to follow a healthy diet is by using the food pyramid and avoiding processed, prepackaged and preserved foods. Eat as many whole grains and raw fruits and vegetables as you can. That being said, there is some anecdotal evidence suggesting that the hormones given to dairy cows have an impact on human health which includes premature development and increased height. If you are looking for milk and cheese which contain bovine growth hormones, avoid the natural and organic section of your grocery store. So you could drink a few gallons of milk a day, but you have a better chance of growing to your full potential by eating a healthy diet which limits your dairy intake, and drinking a lot of milk will probably make you grow wider before you grow taller.

Sorry Lil momma theirs nothing you can do . Your height is all in genetics. Just look at all the good things about being short. Men love short petite women.short stature enables one to squeeze through large crowds, get into places at kids prices, and have less headaches due to the fact of not bumping ones head on everything. All jokes aside, being short is not the crutch everyone makes it out to be, but rather a blessing. Shorter people tend to live longer too. if you dont believe me visit this website http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query...

Heres what you can do. Dont worry so much about what other people think and enjoy life.

well there is really nothing you can do to make yourself grow without help in that short amount oif time. Though there are some hormone pills that can probably help you a little bit it you really want to grow that bad. Other than that just keep eating healthy foods and dont consume foods or do things that may stunt your growth. For example weight training and lots of caffine(coffee or soda) stunt growth

It is physically impossible to grow 7 inches in 3 months, really. I've heard about growth hormones for teenagers but even with that I don't think you can grow that much.

You can't do anything beyond your normal balanced diet. You have no control over your height. Your genetic inheritance controls it. Accept what you get. It's your only option.

Nothing you can do. Height is controlled by genetics. You can control your weight but not your height. Sorry.
