try working out your core (abs, upper legs, chest) and get a personal trainer to help you do this or go on the internet to find a workout plan specially catered to you. Do different cardio also (running, bike, elliptical, etc.) three times a week and make this a part of your day.

Start off with 25 crunches to the middle and then 25 each to the sided.Slowly increase the number each week and it will make your fat go away.I would know cuz I play soccer on two different teams, practice 4 times a week, and do 120 at every practice so any fat is gone and we have hard abs so it doesn't hurt that bad when the balls hit us.hope this helps.

I usually do about 100 crunches a night, and it gives you a six pack, no joke. Either that or sit-ups.
