I always feel like throwing up, so I'm staying in bed today.
I'm hungry, but affraid to eat because I might throw up...

Not the Brat Diet,
Your best off, From My experience, drinking warm tea, with a bit of honey in it, and some toast, with not much butter on it. If you can keep this down, then try something else, with plenty of bread or crackers. Applesauce will cause Diarreaha ( or however you spell it). Rice will cause you to throw up more, and Bananas, will not go down that easy.

The BRAT diet

B - Bananas

R - Rice

A - Applesauce

T - Toast

This is the diet that they give to small children with "stomach flu".
