My cordless phone got wet -- is there any way to fix it??

This morning I dropped my phone in some water. It's been a couple hours and the phone is making weird sounds when I turn it on.
Is there any way to fix this??
I can't afford another phone!!

I would take the battery out and place in front of a fan (phone and battery) Let dry for 20 minutes. With luck it should be ok. Good luck

Why dont you cancel your internet then you can save up for a new phone.
