Now dont get the wrong idea im not extremely fat, but i am chubby, i am bout 5'11 or 6'0 and bout 205 lbs now i dont no where that stands on average or whatever but i want to get rid or my gut and my fat legs maybe working out? stop eating all together for periods of time , then eat very little then stop eating again? work out? plz help me because i have a girlfriend now of 8 months and i think that she is unhappy with my body but wont tell me plz help its an emergency i need to lose 10 to 30 pounds and/or get rid of my gut thank you and i also heard that if u lose 30 lbs ur penis also grows an inch lol

please don't starve yourself! if your girlfriend really did think that she is very shallow. I doubt she does. She obviously likes you for who you are as a person! if you do want to lose weight do it the sensible way ie. staying away from the junk food, remembering your 5 a day fruit and veg and lots of cardio exercise! like jogging or walking fast, swimming also helps to tone up your body. if you're still worried ask to see a dietician they will help with drawing up a daily diet and exercise routines etc... Hun...you are about average for your height, doesn't mean you are fit though. To drop some extra pounds, drink water, cut out soft drinks, sweets and cut down on heavy starches (potatoes & breads). Try eating smaller portions, even if it means you eat a few more times a day. Switch from chips and junk food to salads...if you don't like salad..eat fresh fruit, carrots, celery, apples, oranges, bananas, tomatoe slices or cucumber slices. Steam your veggies instead of smothering them in butter or cheese or sauces. Lay off fried meats...pan sear, grill, bake, broil or boil your meats. BY NO MEANS STOP EATING. It isn't healthy and you lose much needed body fats..ie...energy.
As for toning your body...there are simple...non-stressful ways to do this. Start taking walks...(with your girlfriend..she'll notice you are trying to get healthier)...If you have a bike...ride. Do 10 sit ups while watch football...or maybe 10 per quarter..Try 3 leg lifts while cooking or washing dishes..or bend over from the waist or do swats while transferring your laundry from the washer to the dryer...it doesn't have to be drastic....and by starting with small steps it helps to establish healthier habits...
Indulge yourself 1 treat a day...
And don't look at it as dieting...you aren't ..you're just eating healthier.
And Darling if you lose 10 to 30 lbs. your penis doesn't get bigger per say...you just get to see more of what's already there...lol

This is just a little tip...no matter where you live or the weather really...get a frisbee...find a family member, your girl, your buddies or the 6 yr old from up the street. It's fun, it increases your blood flow, raises your metabolisism, and it's exercise without feeling like it is. This also works with footballs and baseballs, but if you throw well it cuts down on the actual moving part of it...lol...plus, with frisbee's, there is no such thing as a perfect throw...Good Luck!!
I bet in one week...you will start to see the pounds start to slip away.... Let me know how it goes...

i think if you are unhappy with yourself then you need to make changes. i am sure your girlfriend loves you, and will support/help you diet. i have just had a baby so i too am looking to lose weight asap. i have basically changed the way i eat. i now eat healthy food so don't diet exactly but i pick foods and meals that have very low fat and i make sure it doesn't go over the daily recommendation. i enjoy my food so am happy with my new menu. as well as eating differently get a hobby or do some exercise which you enjoy. don't join a gym if you don;t like them, it's a waste of money. i don't like gyms so have found other ways of getting exercise. with a change of diet and some moderate exercise you'll see a difference. i have in a one week, my stomach has already gone down and this in itself boosts your self esteem and i'm keen to continue and have my goal in sight. good luck!

Try just eating fruit and raw, boiled or steamed vegetables. Also try steamed meat. Also only drink water -- nothing else
Whilst you are doing this -- do some exersises too. I've always done this when i've got a bit chubby and very quicky go back to being a size 8 from size 12

Eat 4 - 5 small meals a day w/ protein & veggies/fruits. Definitly work out - don't stop eating that's worse for you. Cut out the beer if you drink & don't over do anything. You should lose 2-3lbs a week if you want to stay healthy & keep off the weight.

Quit drinking soda pop. Carbohydrates and Fat. Eat fruits and vegetables and get lots of exercise. There is no magic way to lose weight. Just diet and exercise. Good Luck.

there are some good answers, some funny answers and some bad answers. The exercise and diet thing have been covered lets move to the penis thing.... its true yr penis will look bigger if you loose weight. men store fat around their gut and also a pad of fat over the pubis. so loose weight and you see more of yourself.

Go swimming. My dad was 18 stone and in 5 weeks (he did it most nights) he cut down to 14 stone! He got so much slimmer! Or go to the gym and do running or weights. Hope i helped!

i was going to give a funny answer;or i could tell you how to loose 4 pound.s a week.i decided; walk at a quick pace for 2 miles a day .and you will loose the weight.

get some of these tablets they are called the gi capsles u lose 10 pound in a week really good u can get them off the net
