I have never had success with them, mostly due to the fact that a rebound relationship tends to bring alot of unecessary baggage..I think everyone needs some "single" tim to figure out why things have failed and to re-evaluate what it is they need/want out of a relationship. There IS a first time for everything..just be cautious. Good luck!!

In my experience: no. It's better to take a break from dating. I recommend waiting to date someone else to get perspective on the last relationship. With rebound dating people often look to someone else to fill the void of not being in a relationship, but it's important to be comfortable with yourself whether single, dating or married. I met my current boyfriend after taking a long break from dating. I was happy with myself and knew my self worth didn't depend on having a boyfriend. When you're secure with not having a partner you become more content with yourself and therefore more appealing to your future partner (you're not as needy).

From my own experience and those of others I've known, the answer is No they don't work out. A person needs time to emotionally heal from a previous relationship before they are ready to move on and involve thier hearts in another one. If you are still grieving over a past relationship you are not able to give all of yourself to another one.

I married my rebound also 17 years ago. He was also just divorced so it worked out well for both of us. We keep falling in love over and over so....yes it can definitely work.

Rebounds are a lot relaxing yet, then not often artwork because we finally end up comparing both old and new too a lot and both commence lacking the only excellent one or locate the hot one would not precisely in tremendous condition. it truly is been my adventure. good success!

Very, very seldom.
Don't let those poor odds give you hope. Your rebounds won't work.

Yes, sometimes they do but they are often relationships formed
in haste so they have less of a chance than relationships carefully
considered...
