I love to garden and do something that is art and makes pepole happy. How many years does it take.Or how can I become or start to be one.

If you are in the UK, I would look into florestry courses and also business courses which would help you run your own business. You will also need a business plan and capital.

Botany major at a university or just a management degree or some type of business degree and then work in a flower shop to move your way up. See if you can intern while in school for credit too. You can see if there are any college that offer an associates degree (2 years) in business management if the traditional four year is too long.
