Take time out from studying. Exercise is always good, it will take your mind away from the exam! Think positive as well (PMA - Positive Mental Attitude). I know it sounds cheesy but visualise a successful result. Try not to get too worked up.

All the best for the exam!

I don't know why so many of you ppl are thinking he's being unreasonable because this girl keeps wanting to grab his private parts. I think any guy would have a good reason to feel nervous under this situation. Anybody who would do that may also be possible of inflicting some pain or even harm. And speaking as a woman, I've been grabbed by guys and I never did enjoy that! Even attempts at grabbing make me nervous, too. Just tell her in no uncertain terms that she needs to BACK OFF! If she's persistant, remind her that there's laws regarding sexual harrassment, sexual assault, etc. If you guys would stand up for yourselves once in a while, things would go much better for you. There is something called kalms for stress etc, but I think it might be too late to start taking these, because of giving them time to get into your system. These are available from Boots etc. See what's available at Holland & Barratt. Keep off the caffeine. Nice warm bath and early nights. Good luck

Bach's rescue remedy, warm candle lit bath, lie flat on your back in darkened room and tense every part of your body in turn from your toes upwards, tense count to 5 then relax including your eyes etc. then imagine that the weight of your body is melting into the mattress, let your jaw go slack and if you are not asleep you will certainly be relaxed. PS GOOD LUCK YOU will be fine

Force yourself to get involved with something else, especially something you enjoy. You've made this test bigger than life. If you take your mind off of it and get back to what's real you'll see that it's just a test in reality, not the monster you made it out to be.
