Nos gusta nuestro piso pero solamente tiene un problema. Vivimos en el tercer piso y no tenemos ascensor.

I have my spanish test tomorrow so i`m trying to write few sentences about me. All i`m asking is to check whether its gramatically correct. Especially "nos gusta". If not, feel free to make suggestion. Thank you.

The translation is:
We like our apartment but there is only one problem. We live on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
Nos gusta is ok. Anyway, I would say Nos gusta nuestro piso (I guess you refer to an apartment) pero solamente tenemos un inconveniente. Vivimos or Estamos en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor.
Good luck with your test.

Nos gusta nuestro piso pero solamente tiene un problema. Vivimos en el tercer piso y no tenemos ascensor.

"We like our floor, but only have one problem. We live in the 3rd floor and we dont have an elevator."

Well, I had trouble understanding what you meant by piso. I had to translate the whole sentence and didn't understand what you meant by it until I read "elevator". You forgot the 'la' before ascensor. You shouldn't use solamente because it doesnt fit in the context. I would rather say, "Nos gusta nuestro piso pero hay una problema."

It is correct. 'Piso' in Spanish has two meanings: floor and apartment. In this case, it is an apartment.

I just would replace 'pero solamente' by 'aunque' (although) for semantic reasons.

'Nos gusta' is perfect.

It is grammatically correct, except it doesn't quite make sense because you say you like the floor, but then you complain about it. Perhaps it's just because it's out of context, but it would make more sense if you said why you liked it before you complain about the fact that it's a walk-up.
