Depending on how much gum is covering your teeth, you could have a "gingivectomy" - to raise the gum level and then veneers placed over the top of your teeth, making them wider and longer, (if needed). Sometimes veneers aren't needed after the gums have been raised.

There's nothing you yourself can do about the size of your teeth. (Well, you can make them smaller by filing them down of course...but that's just a bad idea on so many levels.)

If you're serious about having your teeth worked on, contact a cosmetic maxillofacial surgeon about it. But be prepared to spend a lot of money--that kind of procedure doesn't come cheap, and since cosmetic surgery of this nature would be voluntary, no insurance would cover it.

veneers. they are WAY expensive but well worth it if you can afford them. They place them on the outside of your real teeth and they are permanent. Makes it look like you have perfect white straight teeth.Just go ask your dentist about them.

you can try getting a gum lift if they are low on you teeth. you could also get lumineers. its a thin layer of resin i believe that goes over your teeth. people get it to fix problems they have with their teeth, they often fill cavities with the same stuff nowadays

I know that there is a type of surgery you can have to make them bigger, or have porcelain veneers put in... Maybe ask your dentist to refer you to someone
