I had a party at a friends house the other night not knowing that her man was out on parole. His P.O. came ,made everyone leave and took all the liquer and beer. Is that legal or what?

I would have to lean to the side of no, the PO does not have any Law Enforcement authority other than to ask the board of Pardons and Parole to issue a warrant for arrest for Parole Violations. If he (she) came over to the house, as part of his parole stipulations, all he(she) could do is report a violation.

Tough cookies msbubii, it's totally legal. Your convict friend carry's his parole provisions around with him like a monkey on the back. He has waived his 4th Amendment rights in order to be free on parole (but he actually belongs in prison anyway). This means he must submit to search and seizure anywhere he's at provided the parole officer had cause to believe he was there, which he obviously did since that's where he found Mr. Convict. Your friend does have the right to a hearing in front of a parole board to contest his "violation", but he should know this.

i would not think that he could do that but all you have to do is call and fine out .
