dont ruin the friendship, rememeber friends are forever and guys come and go (like seasons). You both like each other b/c u are friends and u have those feelings b/c u are the opposite sex (right?) but if u were the same sex u wouldnt have those feelings. Guys are good to keep as FRIENDS dont try and make it anymore than that. Good Luck

Your decision to not get together was a good one. Friends that do that typically experience a bad ending and either end up with a rocky or nonexistent friendship afterwards. Since you both agreed not to progress things, just take some time apart to help the "getting over him" process and your friendship should be salvaged. As long as you both agree to it, it should work out fine.

Well if you already talked it over with him, and you both have decided it wouldn't work if you got together, then it sounds like you will have to remain "just friends" if you want to remain in the person life. Or if its to hard, you may have to go your separate ways or but some distance between you two.

Just know and live in the moment that you know YOU are what he wants and I promise he will come after you! If you both feel it then there's nothing denying it! The same thing happen to me, and boy he couldn't resist it! Be the confident woman you are meant to be! Be happy and focus on the present not the future! Send out vibrations that you want him and he wants you no matter what don't doubt yourself...Believe and it will be...

just keep being friends. besides if he is such a good friend you wouldn't wanna loose him by getting into a relationship and then messing it up and things get complicated then you can't even be friends?... See just try to be friends, if he likes you too much and think he can't handle it, or if you do. then just give each other some space. True friendship will prevail

You've got to beg him to just go out on a date or two with you just to see if it would work or not. A guy will gladly go out a few times to prove if it will work or not.
If he says no then this usually means that he doesn't really find you attractive in that way whther it be physically or personality.

why do you think it would not work out. i am with a man that i was friends with first for 2 years and it makes our relationship that much stronger! both parties have to want it though. and to be honest more than likely if the relationship did not work out your friendship usually will still be able to survive.

You should realize that if you do try to have a relationship and it doesn't work out then you will probably lose him as a friend. You have to decide what is more important: friends or lovers??

I think that you should still try it because unless you can see the future you don't know if it is or isn't gonna work out. If it does, great, and if it doesn't you should both just be friends.
