$100 Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
1 stk. Butter
1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups cake flour
Pinch of salt
1¼ cups milk
1 t vanilla
1½ t baking powder
Cream together sugar and butter. Melt choc. chips and add to above mixture. Add 1 egg beating well. Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately into egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Grease tube pan, line with greased brown paper. Bake at 350° for 1 hr.
Icing:
2 squares choc. melted
1⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 stk. Oleo or butter
1 egg
1 t lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 cup pecans
Beat oleo/butter with sugar, add melted choc. Add other ingredients. Spread on cake when cake cools.

This is the easiest and is delicious! You use vinegar instead of eggs.
Ingredients
* 3 cups flour (680 grams)
* 2 cups sugar (450 grams) (read this first)
* 6 tablespoons cocoa (100 grams)
* 2 teaspoons baking soda (10 cc's = 10 ml)
* 1 teaspoon salt (5 cc's = 5 ml)
* 3/4 cup vegetable oil (200 cc's)
* 2 tablespoon vinegar (30 cc's)
* 2 teaspoon vanilla (10 cc's)
* 2 cup cold water (480 cc's)
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth. Bake two greased, floured pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes two layers of a two-layer 9-inch or 8-inch round cake, or one small sheet cake. When cool, frost it.
Eat.

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch tube pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the 1 cup of evaporated milk and the 3/4 cup of cocoa. Heat until the cocoa is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, melted butter, water, vanilla and the cocoa mixture, mix until well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
To make the chocolate icing, combine the remaining condensed milk, evaporated milk, cocoa and butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick and paste-like. Spread over cooled cake.

Mayonnaise Cake
"Mayonnaise makes this cake nice and moist."
Original recipe yield: 2 -8 or 9 inch layers.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup water

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.
Sift all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa together.
Whip mayonnaise, white sugar, cold water, and vanilla together until mixed thoroughly. Add flour mixture slowly and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.

1 teaspoon water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F ( 200 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9 inch round pan.
Bring eggs to room temperature and separate.
Melt dark chocolate and butter or margarine over low heat.
Beat egg yolks, flour, and water. Add the chocolate mixture. Beat the egg whites, and fold into the chocolate batter.
Pour into prepared pan, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

My Mother-in-law makes a regular store bought choclate cake, but after she has poured the batter into a 12x9 baking dish she pours a bag of choclate chips on the top before baking it according to the directions on the box. Once it's done she adds some cool whip on the top of a piece before serving.
It is a great cake for choclate lovers!!

CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling hot water
In a large bowl cream together margarine, eggs, sugar and cocoa until fluffy. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Beat in milk and vanilla extract. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons cold water
Cream all ingredients together until spreading consistency.
