Simply enough- Moses was the great teacher- and lead the jews out of egypt- and was the man who delivered the laws of God. He ascended to Heaven.

Then in the new testament- that is when Jesus was born. This was many years after Moses' existence.

Moses=Old Testament
Jesus=New Testament

Here what the bible says, "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. (John 3:13 KJV).

Moses ascended to heaven to receive the Torah and bring it down to earth for Israel, as told in these verses: Exodus 19:3; 19:20-25; 24:12-18; 31:18; 32:15-16; 34:1-4 and Deuteronomy 9:7.

Moses controlled the winds as told in Exodus 10:3 and 10:18-19.

Moses restricted the waters of the seas as told in Exodus 14:16

Moses is the first to have the name of God revealed to him. Moses is sent. It isn’t voluntary. Jesus is voluntary by his Father.

In the flesh, Moses was on Earth first.

In spirit, Jesus, God the Son, exist since before the Earth.
